Your Role - Where You Make an Impact

As an IT System Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients by designing and implementing sophisticated client management infrastructures utilizing Microsoft Endpoint Manager technologies.

What You'll Be Working On

• Plan, install, configure, and operate solutions from the Microsoft Endpoint Manager product family.
• Develop practical and scalable IT solutions based on customer requirements.
• Ensure reliable operation and continuous improvement of endpoint management systems.
• Collaborate with international teams and contribute to technical documentation and process optimization.

What You Bring Along

• A degree in Information Technology or a completed technical apprenticeship - or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft environments, ideally with SCCM, MECM, or Intune.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and basic networking knowledge.
• Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.
• Fluency in English is required; Latvian and/or German is a plus.
