We are currently seeking dedicated Call Center Employees (m/f/d) for one of our clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure stable operation, ongoing monitoring, and technical support for our cloud systems and customer environments at the second level.
- Systematically investigate IT disruptions, accurately identify issues, and independently resolve them.
- Set up new hardware and configure and optimize operating systems and standard applications.
- Regularly back up data, monitor backup processes, and perform restorations or reboots as needed.
- Monitor system utilization, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement targeted improvement measures.
- Contribute expertise to selected customer projects as necessary.
- Provide remote support to customers—whether directly from our office or flexibly from home.
Your Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist with a focus on systems technology or platform development, ideally with experience in a complex IT environment.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server/Client, SQL, Exchange, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Familiarity with virtualization (Citrix, VMware) and basic networking concepts is advantageous.
- Certifications in the Microsoft environment are a plus, but not mandatory.
- Service-oriented, quality-conscious, and customer-focused work style.
- Demonstrated resilience, teamwork, flexibility, and a solution-oriented mindset.
