Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare sushi, sashimi, maki rolls, nigiri, and other Japanese dishes.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, freshness, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Manage ingredients and assist with stock control.
- Work efficiently during busy service hours.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience as a Sushi Chef or in Japanese cuisine.
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of fish preparation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented.
- A passion for quality food and attention to detail.
- English communication skills are required; proficiency in German is a plus.
