Join Our Team as a Sushi Chef
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our new Japanese restaurant as a Sushi Chef, working 60-100%. This position is available immediately or by arrangement.
Your Responsibilities
- Preparation and production of sushi and traditional Japanese cuisine.
- Preparation of hot dishes, salads, and desserts.
- Assisting with sushi production for internal and external events and catering.
- Monitoring and enforcing hygiene and health safety guidelines.
- Co-managing the ordering process and checking deliveries.
- General cleaning and office tasks.
- Adhering to and exemplifying our company philosophy.
- Working from Monday to Sunday, five days a week, based on operational requirements.
- Covering for team members during holidays, sickness, or other absences.
Your Profile
- You are clean, precise, reliable, and independent.
- You thrive in a team-oriented environment and can work well under pressure.
- You possess good knowledge of German; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Qualifications: Certified Sushi Chef.
- More than one year of work experience in a similar role.
