Join Our Team as a Sushi Chef
We are seeking a talented and flexible Sushi Chef for our new Japanese restaurant. This position requires a resilient and highly organized individual to join our team at 60-100% capacity, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your Duties
- Preparation and production of sushi and Japanese cuisine.
- Preparation of hot dishes, salads, and desserts.
- Assisting with sushi production for internal and external events and catering.
- Monitoring and enforcing hygiene and health and safety guidelines.
- Co-responsibility for the ordering process.
- Receiving and checking deliveries.
- General cleaning and office work.
- Adhering to and exemplifying the company philosophy.
- Working from Monday to Sunday, five days per week; working hours will be based on operational requirements.
- Covering for your teammates during holidays, sickness, or other absences.
Your Profile
- You work cleanly, accurately, and are reliable and independent.
- You are team-oriented and able to work under pressure, taking your duties seriously and actively engaging in tasks.
- Good knowledge of German; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Qualification: Trained sushi chef.
- Work experience of more than 1 year.
