Responsibilities:
- Creation and definition of an exclusive menu, maintaining high standards of production and quality of service.
- Preliminary preparation of ingredients.
- Cutting and filleting of fish.
- Preparation of sushi, including sashimi, nigiri, and maki.
- Preparation and cooking of rice, hot dishes of Asian cuisine, particularly tempura and teppanyaki cooking.
- Selection of fresh fruit and vegetables to prepare high-quality dishes, such as avocado, mango, and carrots.
- Cleanliness and good organization of the work surface, in compliance with health and hygiene standards.
- Constant control and optimization of processes to prevent waste or deficiencies.
Your Profile:
- Significant experience in the role, preferably within structured kitchens.
- Perfect knowledge of grill, classic griddle, teppanyaki, and barbecue.
- Excellent competence in sushi cutting and preparation techniques, as well as cooking methods.
- Dynamism and passion for one's work, with the ability to propose delicious menus.
- Orderliness and cleanliness.
- Excellent organizational, management, and communication skills.
- Stress management skills.
- Proactive approach and problem-solving ability.
- Availability and flexibility.
