Responsibilities:

  • Creation and definition of an exclusive menu, maintaining high standards of production and quality of service.
  • Preliminary preparation of ingredients.
  • Cutting and filleting of fish.
  • Preparation of sushi, including sashimi, nigiri, and maki.
  • Preparation and cooking of rice, hot dishes of Asian cuisine, particularly tempura and teppanyaki cooking.
  • Selection of fresh fruit and vegetables to prepare high-quality dishes, such as avocado, mango, and carrots.
  • Cleanliness and good organization of the work surface, in compliance with health and hygiene standards.
  • Constant control and optimization of processes to prevent waste or deficiencies.

Your Profile:

  • Significant experience in the role, preferably within structured kitchens.
  • Perfect knowledge of grill, classic griddle, teppanyaki, and barbecue.
  • Excellent competence in sushi cutting and preparation techniques, as well as cooking methods.
  • Dynamism and passion for one's work, with the ability to propose delicious menus.
  • Orderliness and cleanliness.
  • Excellent organizational, management, and communication skills.
  • Stress management skills.
  • Proactive approach and problem-solving ability.
  • Availability and flexibility.
