Type of Work
In this role, you will be responsible for providing 1st Level Support for employees in both the client and infrastructure environments. Your tasks will include:
- Receiving and processing support requests via telephone and ticketing system
- Analyzing and resolving issues in the Windows client environment
- Delivering on-site user support
- Providing remote assistance as needed
- Installing and configuring hardware and software
- Installing specific software when experienced
- Assisting with user and permissions management
- Collaborating on general tasks within the IT infrastructure
Requirements Profile
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Professional experience in 1st Level Support or a similar IT support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Active Directory
- Knowledge of Azure, VEEAM Backup, and network technology is a plus
- Experience in user and permissions management
- An independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- A strong service orientation and a passion for direct user interaction
- Proficient in German, both spoken and written
