MY TASKS

• Providing 1st Level Support for employees in both client and infrastructure environments
• Receiving and processing support requests via phone and ticketing system
• Analyzing and resolving issues within the Windows client environment
• Delivering on-site user support
• Offering remote support as necessary
• Installing and configuring hardware and software
• Setting up specific software based on relevant experience
• Assisting in user and permission management
• Collaborating on general tasks within the IT infrastructure environment

MY PROFILE

• Professional experience in 1st Level Support or a comparable IT support role
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Active Directory
• Insight into Azure, VEEAM Backup, and network technology is an advantage
• Experience in user and permission management
• Ability to work independently with a structured and solution-oriented approach
• Excellent service orientation and enjoyment of direct user interaction
• Proficient in German, both spoken and written
