About the Role

Our client, a high-tech medical scale-up, is seeking an IT Support L1 & L2 to join their team in Lausanne. This is a 100% mission for a duration of 6 months, aimed at supporting the IT department.

As an IT Support professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities while providing high-quality technical assistance to 150 employees worldwide. Your responsibilities will include resolving technical incidents, managing the hardware fleet, and ensuring that all users are equipped with the necessary tools to succeed in their roles.

Work Tasks

  • Provide L1/L2 support for laptops, accounts, M365, and productivity tools, while resolving tickets promptly.
  • Prepare, configure, and deploy Windows and macOS devices for new hires during the onboarding process.
  • Handle account management (onboarding/offboarding) and perform routine user access updates.
  • Maintain an accurate IT inventory including laptops, mobile phones, and various accessories.
  • Assist with basic network troubleshooting and ensure devices meet security requirements and compliance.

We Are Looking For

  • A professional or university degree in Information Technology (CFC, Bachelor, or equivalent).
  • Similar experience in IT support (L1/L2) with proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365.
  • Fluency in both English and French.
