Job Opportunity: IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to provide first and second level support to employees at our headquarters. If you are passionate about technology and adept at problem-solving, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate support level.
- Troubleshoot owned incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Manage tickets and service requests using the incident management system.
- Install, maintain, and decommission hardware and software.
- Ensure the availability and maintenance of the local IT infrastructure.
- Create and maintain user documentation, manuals, and training materials.
- Restore service quality in a timely and efficient manner.
Your Profile
- Federal diploma in IT or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and network technologies.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles.
- Service-minded IT generalist with a structured and proactive working style.
- Native French or German speaker with very good command of the other language; strong English skills (spoken and written).
- Team-oriented, resilient, and capable of working independently.
- Strong priority and time management skills; committed to continuous learning.
