Roche Switzerland bridges the gap between pharmaceuticals and diagnostics, housing important research and development functions. We are currently seeking a talented contractor to join our long-term client, F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG in Basel, as a Supply Chain Storyteller (m/f/d).

Background

The Supply Chain Insights and Performance team in Basel is looking for an individual who excels at bringing data to life. This role is crucial for creating impactful presentations using Google Slides, enabling effective communication of key insights and performance metrics to various stakeholders. While a background in Supply Chain is preferable to help contextualize the data, your exceptional visual creativity and experience in designing engaging presentations are of utmost importance.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop visually appealing and impactful presentations using Google Slides and related visualization software (e.g., Power BI, ThinkCell, Tableau).
  • Transform complex supply chain data and analysis into clear and concise visual narratives.
  • Collaborate with team members across Supply Chain to convey key messages and identify target audiences for presentations.
  • Ensure presentations are consistent with branding guidelines and effectively communicate essential insights and performance metrics.
  • Manage multiple presentation projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Must Haves

  • Minimum vocational degree.
  • A solid understanding of Supply Chain principles and terminology, including S&OP process steps.
  • Proven experience in creating high-quality presentations, ideally with a strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling skills in Google Slides.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools.
  • Exceptional visual design skills, including layout, typography, and data visualization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Fluent English skills (minimum C1).
