Supply Chain Storyteller (m/f/d)

Roche Switzerland bridges the gap between pharmaceuticals and diagnostics, hosting vital research and development functions. We are currently seeking a talented Supply Chain Storyteller (m/f/d) for our long-term client, F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG in Basel.

Background

The Supply Chain Insights and Performance team in Basel is looking for a skilled contractor to help bring data to life. This role will be crucial in crafting impactful presentations using Google Slides, ensuring effective communication of key insights and performance metrics to various stakeholders. A background in Supply Chain is desirable, as it will help you quickly understand the context of our data. However, your exceptional visual creativity and proven experience in designing engaging and informative presentations are of utmost importance.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop visually appealing and impactful presentations using Google Slides and related visualization software (e.g., Power BI, ThinkCell, Tableau).
  • Transform complex supply chain data and analysis into clear and concise visual narratives.
  • Collaborate with various individuals across Supply Chain to understand key messages and target audiences while developing related presentations.
  • Ensure presentations align with branding guidelines and effectively convey key insights and performance metrics.
  • Manage multiple presentation projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Must Haves

  • Minimum vocational degree.
  • A solid understanding of Supply Chain principles and terminology, including S&OP process steps.
  • Proven experience in creating high-quality presentations, ideally supported by a strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling skills in Google Slides.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools.
  • Exceptional visual design skills, including layout, typography, and data visualization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Fluent English skills (minimum C1).
