Roche Switzerland bridges the gap between pharmaceuticals and diagnostics, housing significant research and development functions. We are currently seeking a talented contractor to join the Supply Chain Insights and Performance team at F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG in Basel.

Background

The Supply Chain Insights and Performance team is on the lookout for an individual who can bring data to life through compelling presentations using Google Slides. This pivotal role is designed for someone with a background in Supply Chain to quickly understand the context of our data. However, your exceptional visual creativity and proven experience in designing engaging and informative presentations will be crucial to your success.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop visually appealing and impactful presentations using Google Slides and related visualization software (e.g., Power BI, ThinkCell, Tableau).
  • Transform complex supply chain data and analyses into clear and concise visual narratives.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders within the Supply Chain to understand key messages, target audiences, and develop related presentations.
  • Ensure presentations adhere to branding guidelines and effectively communicate key insights and performance metrics.
  • Manage multiple presentation projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines.

Must Haves

  • Minimum Vocational degree.
  • A solid understanding of Supply Chain principles and terminology, including S&OP process steps.
  • Proven experience in creating high-quality presentations, ideally with a strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling skills in Google Slides.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools.
  • Exceptional visual design skills, including layout, typography, and data visualization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Fluent English skills (minimum C1).
