SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING TRANSFORMATION EXPERT

Contract - ASAP Start - 1 Year Initial + Extensions - Pharma - Full Time (40 Hour Work Week) - C2C - Remote (with Travel 1-2 Times a Month)

Our client is seeking a Supply Planning Transformation Specialist to support the rollout of a new planning operating model across manufacturing sites globally. In this role, you will collaborate closely with site leadership and planning teams to drive the adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess site readiness and identify capability gaps.
• Deliver training to ensure understanding and compliance with new practices.
• Manage deployment activities to facilitate successful integration of the new operating model.
• Play a critical role in ensuring successful and sustainable change across the organization.

Required Experience

• Strong experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or S&OP within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven involvement in supply chain transformation, operating model implementation, or large-scale change programs.
• Working knowledge of SAP, Blue Yonder/JDA, or similar planning platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to operate independently and drive change within a matrix organization.
