Your Mission
- Oversee and coordinate planning, forecasting, and procurement activities related to customers and products under your responsibilities.
- Serve as the key communication link between internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the planning process.
- Act as a proactive business partner to execute management decisions, adjust supply plans, and offer insightful recommendations based on demand adjustments.
- In a fast-paced environment, anticipate demand, respond to market flexibility, minimize risks, and support continuous business improvement.
In Addition, You Will
- Translate demand forecasts into supply and capacity plans.
- Lead the procurement of your commodities by optimizing inventory levels and costs.
- Conduct strong follow-ups on supplier orders, including escalations.
- Issue, explain, and communicate supplier forecasts.
- Coordinate production planning and supplier deliveries to meet flexible customer demands.
- Set inventory targets (including safety stock strategy), report, propose solutions, and communicate findings.
- Ensure timely and quality reporting.
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or business.
- APICS certification is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in planning or procurement positions.
- Proficiency in Excel and forecasting tools.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, specifically supply chain modules.
- Advanced proficiency in English and French.
