Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing business processes, reporting, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), while developing models to improve supply chain efficiency within the Medium and Low Speed Division. Your primary goal will be to ensure the effective implementation of cost-efficient supply chain solutions. By leveraging data analysis, forecasting models, and optimization tools, you will identify bottlenecks, enhance operational efficiency, and drive cost reductions across the supply chain.
Your Responsibilities:
- Business Process Optimization: Lead the implementation of ERP SAP S/4HANA to enable seamless end-to-end transformation of Medium and Low Speed supply chain and production operations.
- Supply Chain Analysis: Analyze supply chain processes to identify efficiency and cost improvement opportunities; execute the improvement roadmap to drive simplification and automation.
- KPI Reporting and Performance Analysis: Provide comprehensive KPI reporting and performance analysis across the entire supply chain process (e.g., OTD, backorders, inventory, stockouts, supplier performance).
- Decision-Making Support: Deliver analytical modeling to inform supply chain decision-making and report the financial impact of those decisions.
- Product Optimization: Model historical sales by product and provide analysis and recommendations for retiring product lines.
- Ad Hoc Evaluations: Conduct evaluations related to factory product optimization, sourcing strategies, make or buy decisions, optimal lot size procurement, and transport solutions.
Your Background:
- Comprehensive experience in Supply Chain Management is essential.
- Previous experience with ERP SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong influencing skills are essential.
- Fluent in English and German.
