Your Role

In this role, you will improve business processes, report, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop models to enhance supply chain efficiency within the Medium and Low Speed Division. The main objective is to ensure consistent implementation of cost-efficient supply chain solutions. You will leverage data analysis, forecasting models, and optimization tools to identify bottlenecks, enhance operational efficiency, and drive cost reductions throughout the supply chain.

Your Responsibilities

• Business Process Optimization: Provide business leadership for ERP SAP S/4HANA implementation, ensuring seamless end-to-end transformation for Medium and Low Speed supply chain and production operations.
• KPI Reporting and Performance Analysis: Analyze Supply Chain processes to identify efficiency and cost improvement opportunities and execute an improvement roadmap to simplify and automate.
• Provide KPI reporting and performance analysis across the entire Supply Chain (OTD, backorders, inventory, stockouts, supplier performance).
• Develop analytical models to support supply chain decision-making, including the financial impact of decisions and modeling supply chain solutions.
• Conduct adhoc evaluations such as factory product optimization, sourcing strategies, and transport solutions.

Your Background

• Comprehensive experience in Supply Chain Management is essential.
• Previous experience with ERP SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Fluent in English and German.
