Join Our Team as Supply Chain Manager

We utilize our own technology, independent design, production, construction, commissioning, and service resources. Enhance our team with your expertise and experience in the role of Supply Chain Manager (10-month fixed-term contract). We rely on you to execute professional and efficient supply chain operations.
Your Role
In this position, you will be responsible for the supply of materials and services to our power plant service projects. Collaborating closely with the Customer Service Manager and the Outage Manager, you will play a critical role in the planning and execution of power plant service activities. As part of an international and multi-disciplinary team, your primary goal will be on-time delivery to support the smooth execution of our service activities worldwide at optimal cost. You will also be expected to plan thoroughly in advance while being agile in responding to short-term changes.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate the supply of materials and services during the preparation and execution of power plant inspections and overhauls.
- Ensure that materials and services are available on time, considering manufacturing, procurement, and transport lead times.
- Monitor material delivery status and mitigate potential delays.
- Actively expedite suppliers in collaboration with the purchasing team.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable legislation for transport and customs.
- Manage all associated transactions in SAP.
Your Profile
- Technical/commercial degree with additional qualifications in supply chain operations.
- Experienced user of SAP/R3 Module MM (SD/PS).
- More than 5 years of experience in an international supply chain environment.
- Resilient team player who enjoys working in a multicultural setting.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Able to manage individual projects as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Drive for results and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple topics in a fast-paced environment and engage with a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in German is an advantage, and knowledge of Italian would be an asset.
