Your Mission
Accenture supports a diverse array of Consumer Goods, Pharmaceutical, and Industrial clients in Switzerland by defining long-term projects and engagements for Supply Chain. These engagements necessitate face-to-face interactions and an on-site presence to deliver efficient Supply Chain Planning Processes and scalable Data and Integration solutions. Your objective is to provide the expertise required to execute complex projects on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality, ensuring substantial cost benefits for our clients in Switzerland.
What We Expect
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team specializing in Supply Chain Functionality and Data and Integration Architecture, nurturing future talent in Switzerland and across the EU.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery from the pre-sales phase to final project closure, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Manage contract negotiations with clients, focusing on Supply Chain Planning and related Data and Integration projects to create mutually beneficial agreements.
- Work collaboratively with clients to evaluate their current Supply Chain processes, identify challenges, and define future requirements through regular workshops, meetings, and assessments.
- Lead new business development initiatives (e.g., RFIs, RFQs, RFPs) in Switzerland related to Supply Chain Planning and Data & Integration, providing necessary content, estimations, and pricing.
- Guide data mapping teams in the development of data transformations, filters, and quality rules to ensure accurate and effective data integration.
- Make strategic architectural decisions and provide guidance to development teams on the design and implementation of interfaces.
- Lead Supply Chain Planning system integration projects (e.g., Quintiq, o9) and Data Integration projects in partnership with clients to ensure seamless delivery.
Who You Are
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT Architecture and Supply Chain Planning Solutions, with a strong emphasis on data and integration architecture for large-scale organizations.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale Supply Chain Planning Transformation projects for multinational corporations.
- Fluency in English and at least A2-level proficiency in German; additional languages are a plus.
- Expertise in implementing Dassault Systemes Quintiq (Macro Planner, Detailed Scheduler, Order Combiner); experience with o9, Kinaxis, or SAP APO is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of key planning processes, including S&OP, S&OE, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Detailed Scheduling.
- In-depth understanding of data models for major ERP systems (SAP ECC and S4HANA) and Supply Chain Planning systems (Quintiq, o9, Kinaxis).
- Expertise in the architecture of real-time and near-to-real-time data integration platforms for Supply Chain, including the definition of Data Quality rules and Monitoring dashboards.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions, particularly Azure, and strong knowledge of SQL along with programming experience in Databricks, Snowflake, and Informatica.
- Excellent client-facing abilities with a proven track record of engaging with C-level stakeholders, discussing best practices, evaluating trade-offs, and managing risks.
- Commercial acumen to optimize project governance, team composition, and architectural decisions for maximum impact.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performance teams.
- Cross-cultural awareness and experience in working with global clients and teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is a plus.
