Your Responsibilities
- Plan, brief, and steer the Module Line to daily SQDCP targets: safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people. Act as the point of contact for authorities and customers as needed.
- Ensure method compliance.
- Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Material to protect the schedule and resolve blockers.
- Develop the team through on-the-job training, skills matrix ownership, performance feedback, and corrective coaching.
- Drive 5S and Lean actions on station balance, takt adherence, WIP limits, and first-time yield.
- Report module status with clear KPIs; escalate risks early and propose recovery plans.
Your Profile
- 5+ years in aircraft/turbine engine maintenance in a shop, hangar, or MRO environment.
- 5+ years as a supervisor or lead technician.
- Strong understanding of maintenance procedures, documentation (AMM/CMM/IPC), and safety and quality standards.
- Proven ability to manage workflow, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with maintenance documentation systems.
- English B2+ (German is a plus).
- Microsoft Office required; SAP is an advantage.
