Position: Supervisor - Disassembly & Assembly

As a Supervisor - Disassembly & Assembly, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of a highly effective team of approximately 20 to 25 employees, striving for safety and quality while meeting time and cost expectations. You will coordinate the team’s activities with its direct stakeholders at SR Technics to ensure process flow and optimal outcomes for the company.

Your Tasks

• Guarantee safety and quality of workmanship and documentation in accordance with all applicable SRT and airworthiness authorities' rules and regulations at all times.
• Organize support across SR Technics departments to assure performance, as well as tools, equipment, and work documentation.
• Actively manage human resources to ensure the availability of skills to meet demand at all times.
• Drive a performance culture through periodic target setting and regular structured follow-up with all employees.
• Take ownership of the 5S in the area, ensuring tidiness and accuracy of documentation.
• Execute and promote Continuous Improvements by applying Lean principles to achieve organizational targets.
• Assign employees to their jobs and maintain vacation planning in accordance with engine planning while monitoring labor efficiency.

Your Profile

• Technical apprenticeship is a requirement.
• 3 years of professional experience in the MRO industry with a significant understanding of operational activities.
• Experience in a leadership role.
• English at level B1 and German at level C1 or higher.
• Ability to apply Lean methodology.
• Further management education desired but not a must.
