We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our Engine Mechanic teams at Zurich Airport and Bad Zurzach.

Your Responsibilities
- Promote a positive Safety Culture and ensure the implementation of Safety and Quality Policies, including Airworthiness Directives, manuals, and documentation.
- Lead and manage a multi-cultural team, fostering performance, engagement, and a positive work environment.
- Drive a performance culture through periodic target setting and regular structured follow-ups with all employees, applying performance management processes (PMP) with a focus on employee motivation.
- Plan and allocate resources to ensure high productivity while monitoring labor efficiency.
- Drive personnel development and skill management to meet capacity requirements through on-the-job training, qualifications, certifications, and performance evaluations.
- Execute and promote Continuous Improvements by applying Lean principles and 5S methodologies to achieve organizational targets and key performance indicators (KPI).
- Participate in, prepare for, and be responsible for internal and external audits in your area, ensuring the implementation of corrective actions and compliance improvements.
Your Profile
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, including proven leadership and management responsibilities (MRO experience preferred).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- A good understanding of operational processes and higher-level interdependencies within manufacturing environments.
- A proactive, independent working style with high performance drive and a strong focus on Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency with maintenance documentation systems. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is required; SAP is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with English proficiency at a minimum B2 level (German is a plus).
