Your Tasks

  • Promote a positive Safety Culture and ensure that Safety and Quality Policy are communicated, promoted, and implemented within the Organization, including Airworthiness Directives, manuals, and documentation.
  • Lead and manage a multi-cultural team, fostering performance, engagement, and a positive work environment.
  • Drive a performance culture through periodic target setting and regular structured follow-ups with all employees. Implement performance management processes (PMP) with a focus on employee motivation.
  • Plan and allocate resources to ensure high productivity and monitor labor efficiency.
  • Drive personnel development and skill management to meet capacity requirements (OJT, qualifications, certifications, performance evaluations).
  • Execute and promote Continuous Improvements by applying Lean principles and 5S to achieve the organization’s targets and key performance indicators (KPI).
  • Participate in, prepare for, and be responsible for internal and external audits in your area, ensuring implementation of corrective actions and compliance improvements.

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, with proven leadership and management responsibilities; MRO experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of operational processes and higher-level interdependencies within manufacturing environments.
  • Proactive, independent, and self-initiated working style with high performance drive and a strong focus on Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency with maintenance documentation systems; Microsoft Office is required, and SAP is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with English proficiency at minimum B2 level (German is a plus).
