Your Responsibilities
- Plan, brief, and steer the Module Line to achieve daily targets across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and workforce management. Act as the primary point of contact for authorities and customers as needed.
- Ensure compliance with established methods and procedures.
- Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Material teams to maintain the schedule and resolve any blockers.
- Develop the team through on-the-job training, maintaining a skills matrix, providing performance feedback, and corrective coaching.
- Drive 5S and Lean initiatives focused on station balance, takt adherence, work-in-progress limits, and first-time yield.
- Report module status using clear KPIs; escalate risks early and propose recovery plans as necessary.
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in aircraft/turbine engine maintenance in a shop, hangar, or MRO environment.
- 5+ years in a supervisory role or as a lead technician.
- Strong understanding of maintenance procedures, documentation (AMM/CMM/IPC), safety standards, and quality assurance.
- Proven ability to manage workflow, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in maintenance documentation systems.
- English B2+ level (German is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is an advantage.
