Your Responsibilities
- Support the SR Technics quality management (QM) during authority/customer audits as requested.
- Lead and coach the team to ensure high performance.
- Manage shop orders and work documents according to SRT standards and regulations.
- Oversee time accounts, attendance & absence rates, and the FTE plan according to business plan, budget, and forecast.
- Monitor costs and labor hours, including indirect hours, to ensure adherence to budget and define JAZ applications during high workflow periods for timely delivery.
- Ensure optimized staff allocation for events, fostering high productivity.
- Inform the team about quality deviations, conduct verbal reviews, address audit findings, and manage customer complaints, implementing corrective and preventive measures as necessary.
- Provide individual feedback, conduct year-end evaluations, and define development plans.
- Coordinate staff training initiatives.
- Ensure the implementation and sustainability of the defined 5S protocol.
Your Profile
- You possess a technical education.
- You have practical experience in a technical company with proven leadership capabilities in managing a technical team and strong interpersonal skills.
- You hold at least 3 years of experience in aircraft engine maintenance.
- You possess good communication and problem-solving skills, particularly in high-stress situations.
- You are self-driven and act as a change agent, motivating others to embrace change.
- You demonstrate strong organizational skills and maintain consistency even under pressure.
- You have proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office, SAP knowledge).
- You possess a keen sense for decision-making processes.
- You are enthusiastic about dynamic environments and ready to tackle new challenges.
- You thrive in an international and multidisciplinary environment.
- You have fluent written and spoken English (minimum requirement B2).
