Position Overview

As a Supervisor - Module / Engine Cell (Assembly/Disassembly), you will be assigned to the New Engines organization, acting as a Supervisor within the engine shop operational organization, overseeing the disassembly and assembly of GTF engines. You will be responsible for leading people and managing processes, projects, and tasks to achieve the goals and objectives of the organization.

Your Tasks

• Ensure a workplace for all employees that meets Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations and requirements.
• Guarantee quality workmanship in compliance with all applicable SRT and airworthiness regulations at all times.
• Assign employees to their jobs, manage vacation planning in line with engine planning, and monitor labor efficiency.
• Organize support across SR Technics departments to ensure performance, as well as tools, equipment, and work documentation availability.
• Manage human resources proactively to meet skill availability according to demand.
• Focus on the training and development needs of employees and the department.
• Execute and promote Continuous Improvements by applying Lean principles to meet organizational targets.
• Manage and enhance related processes to achieve key performance indicators (KPI).
• Foster a performance culture through targeted goal-setting and regular structured follow-ups with employees.
• Implement the performance management process (PMP) while providing leadership with an emphasis on employee motivation.

Your Profile

• 4 years of technical apprenticeship.
• Technical education required.
• Operational and managerial experience in the aviation industry.
• Proven record of effective management of allocated manpower and resources.
• Ability to communicate issues to management with suggested solutions.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of health, safety, and quality procedures at the required level.
• Good command of verbal and written English (level C1).
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Positive attitude and solutions-oriented mindset.
• High degree of customer focus, both internal and external.
• Exemplary communication skills and ability to work in a team; capable of managing effectively.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule.
