Position Overview

As a Supervisor - Module / Engine Cell (Assembly/Disassembly), you will be assigned to the New Engines organization, acting as Supervisor within the engine shop operational organization. You will take care of the disassembly and assembly of GTF engines by leading people, managing processes, projects, and tasks to achieve the goals and missions of the organization.

Your Tasks

  • Ensure all employees have a workplace that meets all Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations and requirements.
  • Guarantee the quality of workmanship in accordance with all applicable SRT and airworthiness rules and regulations.
  • Assign employees to their jobs, maintain vacation planning according to engine planning, and monitor labor efficiency.
  • Organize support across SR Technics departments to assure performance as well as tools, equipment, and work documentation.
  • Actively manage human resources to ensure the availability of skills to meet demand.
  • Focus on training and development needs for employees and the department.
  • Execute and promote continuous improvements by applying Lean principles to achieve organizational targets.
  • Manage and improve related processes to achieve key performance indicators (KPI).
  • Drive a performance culture through periodic target setting and regular structured follow-ups with all employees.
  • Apply performance management processes (PMP) and provide leadership with a focus on employee motivation.

Your Profile

  • 4 Years of technical apprenticeship.
  • Technical education.
  • Operational and managerial experience in the aviation industry.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage allocated manpower and resources.
  • Ability to communicate issues to management along with suggested solutions.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of health, safety, and quality procedures at the required level.
  • Good command of verbal and written English (level C1).
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset.
  • High degree of customer focus, both internal and external.
  • Demonstrated effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to manage effectively.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure.
  • Readiness for two-shift work.
