Your Responsibilities
- Support the SR Technics quality management (QM) during authority/customer audits as requested.
- Lead and coach the team effectively.
- Manage shop orders and work documents according to SRT standards and regulations.
- Oversee time accounts, attendance & absence rates, and FTE plan according to the business plan, budget, and forecast.
- Monitor costs and labor hours, including indirect hours, to ensure timely delivery during high workflow periods.
- Ensure optimized staff allocation and high productivity for scheduled events.
- Inform the team about quality deviations, reviews, audit findings, and customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive measures as required.
- Provide individual feedback, conduct year-end evaluations, and define development plans.
- Coordinate staff training initiatives.
- Ensure the implementation and sustainability of the defined 5S process.
Your Profile
- You possess a technical education.
- You have practical experience in a technical company with proven leadership skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
- You hold at least 3 years of experience in aircraft engine maintenance.
- You exhibit strong communication and problem-solving skills, especially in stressful situations.
- You are self-driven and a change agent, capable of motivating others to embrace change.
- You demonstrate organizational skills, even under pressure.
- You possess good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge.
- You have a keen sense of decision-making processes.
- You are enthusiastic about dynamic environments and new challenges.
- You thrive in international and multidisciplinary settings.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English (minimum requirement B2).
