Position Overview

As a Supervisor - Module / Engine Cell (Assembly/Disassembly), you will be assigned to the New Engines organization, acting as a supervisor within the engine shop operational team. You will be responsible for the disassembly and assembly of GTF engines, which includes leading personnel and managing processes, projects, and tasks to realize the organization’s goals and missions.

Your Tasks

  • Ensure all employees have a workplace that meets Safety, Health, and Environmental rules, regulations, and requirements.
  • Guarantee quality workmanship in accordance with all applicable SRT and airworthiness authorities' rules and regulations.
  • Assign employees to their jobs and maintain vacation planning in accordance with engine planning while monitoring labor efficiency.
  • Organize support across departments to assure performance, tools, equipment, and work documentation.
  • Actively manage human resources to ensure the availability of skills to always meet demand.
  • Focus on training and development needs for employees and the department.
  • Promote and execute Continuous Improvements by applying Lean principles to achieve organizational targets.
  • Manage and enhance related processes to achieve key performance indicators (KPI).
  • Drive a performance culture through periodic target setting and structured follow-ups with all employees.
  • Implement the performance management process (PMP) with a focus on employee motivation.

Your Profile

  • 4 years of technical apprenticeship.
  • Technical education is required.
  • Operational and managerial experience in the aviation industry.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage allocated manpower and resources.
  • Strong communication skills to convey issues to management along with suggested solutions.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of health, safety, and quality procedures at the required level.
  • Good command of verbal and written English (C1 level).
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Positive attitude and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • High degree of customer focus, both internally and externally.
  • Strong communication skills with a team-oriented approach and the ability to manage effectively.
  • Proven ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Willingness to work two shifts.
