Your Tasks

  • Ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant workplace for all employees.
  • Maintain the quality of workmanship in accordance with all applicable SRT and airworthiness regulations.
  • Optimize staff allocation for events while ensuring high production quality.
  • Instruct staff on quality deviations, conduct verbal reviews, address audit findings, and manage customer complaints as needed.
  • Assign employees to their respective jobs and maintain vacation planning aligned with engine scheduling, while monitoring labor efficiency.
  • Organize support across SR Technics departments to ensure the availability of performance tools, equipment, and documentation.
  • Actively manage human resources to ensure the availability of necessary skills to meet operational demands.
  • Identify and address training and development needs for employees and departments.
  • Implement and promote Continuous Improvements by applying Lean principles to achieve organizational targets.
  • Manage and refine related processes to meet key performance indicators (KPI).
  • Drive a performance culture through regular target setting and structured follow-ups with all employees.
  • Utilize performance management processes (PMP) to provide effective leadership with a focus on employee motivation.

Your Profile

  • 4 years of technical apprenticeship.
  • Technical education background.
  • Operational and managerial experience in the aviation industry.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage allocated manpower and resources.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to propose solutions to management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of health, safety, and quality procedures at the required level.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written), level C1.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Positive attitude with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • High degree of customer focus, both internal and external.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with an ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Proven capability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule.
