Supervisor Position Available

Job Responsibilities
- Promote a positive Safety Culture and ensure that Safety and Quality Policy are effectively communicated, promoted, and implemented within the organization.
- Lead and manage a multi-cultural team of approximately 20 to 25 employees, fostering performance, engagement, and a positive work environment.
- Drive a performance culture through periodic target setting, along with regular structured follow-up with all employees. Implement the performance management process (PMP) with a focus on employee motivation.
- Plan and allocate resources to ensure high productivity while monitoring labor efficiency.
- Facilitate personnel development and skill management to meet capacity requirements, including on-the-job training (OJT), qualifications, certifications, and performance evaluations.
- Execute and promote Continuous Improvements by applying Lean principles and 5S to achieve organizational targets and key performance indicators (KPI).
- Participate in, prepare for, and be responsible for internal and external audits.
Your Profile
- Technical background or education in aviation (aviation experience is a plus).
- Leadership experience with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams. A minimum of 3 years of team leadership or strong project leadership is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Proactive, independent, and self-initiated working style with a high performance drive.
- Knowledge and experience in applying Lean/Six Sigma methodology.
- Proficient in English (B2+); German is an advantage.
- Proficient with maintenance documentation systems. Microsoft Office is required; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
