Position: Supervisor - Disassembly & Assembly

As a Supervisor - Disassembly & Assembly, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of a highly effective team of approximately 20 to 25 employees, striving for safety and quality while meeting cost and time expectations. You will coordinate the team's activities with its direct stakeholders at SR Technics to ensure process flow and optimal outcomes for the company.

Your Tasks

  • Guarantee safety and quality of workmanship and documentation in accordance with all applicable SRT and airworthiness regulations at all times.
  • Organize support across SR Technics departments to assure performance, including tools, equipment, and work documentation.
  • Actively manage human resources to ensure availability of skills to meet demand at all times.
  • Drive performance culture through periodic target setting and regular structured follow-ups with all employees.
  • Take ownership of the 5S methodology in the area, ensuring tidiness and proper documentation.
  • Execute and promote continuous improvements by applying Lean principles to achieve organizational targets.
  • Assign employees to their jobs while maintaining vacation planning in accordance with engine planning, and monitor labor efficiency.

Your Profile

  • Technical apprenticeship is a requirement.
  • 3 years of professional experience in the MRO industry with significant understanding of operational activities.
  • Experience in a leadership role.
  • English proficiency at level B1 and German at level C1 or higher.
  • Knowledge of Lean methodology.
  • Further management education is desired but not a must.
