From 25th June to 10th August 2026, Beau Soleil invites children aged 8 to 17 from around the globe to experience our vibrant Summer Camp. Here, children are challenged, encouraged, and supported through a diverse array of activities and experiences. At Beau Soleil, we create the experience of a lifetime, fostering international friendships and enhancing participants' self-confidence. Your Mission

As a Section Head, you will lead a dynamic team of monitors, overseeing either our Junior, Teen, or Senior campers. You will inspire your team to unleash their creativity and leadership skills, ensuring that everyone—monitors and campers alike—has fun while fulfilling their responsibilities. Our Summer Camp staff are enthusiastic, upbeat, and motivated, and most importantly, they love to share their amazing spirit of fun with the kids!

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead camp monitors by setting a positive example and providing ongoing support to enhance performance.
  • Organize and oversee the daily camp plan, ensuring activities are well-coordinated and staff are prepared.
  • Supervise daily activities to engage campers while maintaining safety and monitoring camp staff.
  • Act as the main communication point between your section's monitors and camp management, addressing concerns effectively.
  • Delegate tasks efficiently and resolve issues to empower staff and cultivate a positive camp environment.
  • Guide groups of children through various activities, promoting teamwork, creativity, and well-being.

Your Profile

  • Minimum age of 24, with EU citizenship or Swiss residency.
  • Prior experience supervising and entertaining children/teens (aged 8-17 years).
  • Ability to supervise staff and experience in people management.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred.
  • Experience in leading activities such as sports, arts, drama, dance, and leadership programs.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Creative, flexible, and a strong team player with a high workload capacity.
  • Experience in multicultural environments.
  • Comfortable performing on stage or in front of groups.
