Beau Soleil Summer Camp Opportunity

Join us at Beau Soleil from June 29th to August 1st, 2026, for a fun-filled summer camp! We welcome children aged 8 to 17 from around the globe into an exceptional environment that challenges, encourages, and supports them through a wide range of activities and experiences. Our Summer Camp is truly the experience of a lifetime, fostering international friendships and boosting self-confidence among participants. Central to our success are the remarkable individuals we employ!

Your Mission

We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and happy staff members who are eager to share their joy and spirit of fun with children. As monitors, you will lead and engage children in a diverse array of activities set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Swiss Alps. You will serve as a role model, creating a friendly, warm, and safe environment, and contributing your energy to ensure a lively atmosphere at camp.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of campers during all activities.
• Take full responsibility for a group of 10-12 campers.
• Plan and lead recreational activities both on-campus and off-campus.
• Provide 24/7 care, emotional support, and guidance to campers.
• Assist campers in resolving conflicts and promoting positive interactions.
• Enforce camp rules and safety guidelines diligently.
• Act as the main contact for families, addressing their concerns directly.
• Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and staff about schedules and any issues.
• Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.

Your Profile

• Minimum age of 20, with EU citizenship or Swiss residency.
• At least 2 years of experience supervising and entertaining children/teens (aged 8-17).
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Skilled in leading activities such as sports, arts, drama, dance, and leadership programs.
• Demonstrates leadership, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm under stress.
• Creative, flexible, and a strong team player with a high capacity for workload.
• Experience working in multicultural environments.
• Comfortable performing on stage or in front of groups.
