Join us at Beau Soleil for our Summer Camp from June 25th to August 10th, 2026! We offer an exciting experience for children aged 8 to 17 from around the globe, set in an exceptional environment where they are challenged, encouraged, and supported through a diverse range of activities. Your Mission

Take on the pivotal role of Head of Hospitality this summer! You will lead and inspire a passionate team committed to delivering outstanding service while ensuring all hospitality operations run seamlessly. Collaborate with various departments—including Health Centre, Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Maintenance—to create unforgettable experiences for our campers and make a lasting impact on our camp community.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of hospitality staff
• Coordinate and oversee daily hospitality operations
• Supervise all hospitality-related activities
• Act as the main communication link between support staff and the camp management team
• Problem-solve and delegate tasks within the hospitality department
• Collaborate with Health Centre, Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Maintenance departments to ensure seamless service

Your Profile

• Minimum age of 22, with EU citizenship or Swiss residency
• Prior experience in a hospitality role
• Ability to supervise staff with a background in people management
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Creative, flexible, and a strong team player with a high capacity for workload
• Experience working in multicultural environments
