From June 25th to August 10th, 2026, at Beau Soleil, our Summer Camp promises an unforgettable experience! We welcome children aged 8 to 17 from all corners of the globe to a vibrant environment where they are challenged, encouraged, and supported through an array of activities and experiences. Your Mission

Join us this summer as the Head of Hospitality at our camp, where your leadership will truly shine! You will inspire a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional service while ensuring that all hospitality operations run smoothly. Collaborate with various departments—Health Centre, Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Maintenance—to create unforgettable experiences for our campers. Step into this pivotal role and make a lasting impact on our camp community!

Your Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hospitality staff.
• Coordinate and oversee daily hospitality operations.
• Supervise all hospitality-related activities.
• Act as the point of communication between support staff and the camp management team.
• Problem-solve and delegate tasks within the hospitality department.
• Collaborate with Health Centre, Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Maintenance departments to ensure seamless service.

Your Profile

• Minimum age of 22, with EU citizenship or Swiss residency.
• Prior experience in a hospitality position.
• Ability to supervise staff and experience in people management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills as an advantage.
• Possess a positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Creative, flexible, and a strong team player with a high workload capacity.
• Experience working in multicultural environments.
