Summer Camp - Head of Entertainment Position

Join us at Beau Soleil for an unforgettable Summer Camp experience running from June 25 to August 10, 2026! We welcome children aged 8 to 17 from around the globe to a unique environment where they are challenged, encouraged, and supported through a wide array of exciting activities. Your Mission

As the Head of Entertainment, you will lead a talented team dedicated to creating an engaging and memorable entertainment program for our campers. In this dynamic role, you will plan and execute a variety of engaging activities, ensuring that every camper has an enjoyable experience. Your leadership will foster a vibrant atmosphere where creativity and enthusiasm thrive, transforming each day into a delightful adventure. Your Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the entertainment staff to express their creativity.
• Ensure the team effectively fulfills their duties and leads.
• Develop and oversee the camp’s entertainment schedule, including evening and on-campus activities.
• Supervise daily evening activities, ensuring smooth and safe operations.
• Serve as the primary communication point between the entertainment team and camp monitors.
• Delegate tasks for efficient event execution.

Your Profile

• Minimum age of 22, with EU citizenship or Swiss residency.
• Prior experience as a camp staff member or in entertainment and program coordination.
• Ability to supervise staff and experience in people management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills as a plus.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and maintains composure under stress.
• Creative, flexible, and a strong team player with a high workload capacity.
• Experience working in multicultural environments.
