Your Mission

We invite you to take on the role of Head of Entertainment, where you'll lead a dedicated team in crafting an unforgettable entertainment program for our campers! In this dynamic position, you will plan and execute a variety of engaging activities, ensuring that every camper enjoys a memorable experience. Your leadership will foster a vibrant atmosphere where creativity and enthusiasm thrive, making each day an adventure. Your Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the entertainment staff to express their creativity.
• Ensure the team effectively fulfills their duties and leadership roles.
• Develop and oversee the camp’s entertainment schedule, including evening and on-campus activities.
• Supervise daily evening activities, ensuring smooth and safe operations.
• Serve as the main communication point between the entertainment team and camp monitors.
• Delegate tasks for efficient event execution.

Your Profile

• Minimum age of 22, with EU citizenship or Swiss residency.
• Prior experience as a camp staff member or in entertainment and program coordination.
• Ability to supervise staff, with experience in people management.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills a plus.
• Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under stress.
• Creativity, flexibility, and a strong team player with the capacity to manage a high workload.
• Experience working in multicultural environments.
