From June 29th to August 10th, 2026, Beau Soleil invites children aged 8 to 17 from around the globe to join us for an unforgettable Summer Camp experience. Set in an exceptional environment, our camp focuses on challenging, encouraging, and supporting each child through a wide range of engaging activities. Your Mission

Are you ready to bring energy and creativity to our summer program? As an Entertainment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Head and Deputy Head of Entertainment in delivering engaging evening activities and Sunday games for campers aged 8 to 17. In this dynamic position, you will be instrumental in preparing and running a variety of fun events, leading activities with enthusiasm, and contributing innovative ideas to enhance our entertainment program. Your contributions will help cultivate a lively, positive atmosphere that makes every moment on campus truly unforgettable. Your Responsibilities

  • Support the Entertainment leadership in planning and executing evening activities, free-time events, and Sunday games.
  • Help set up, organize, and ensure the smooth and safe execution of all entertainment events.
  • Actively lead and animate events, encouraging camper participation and fostering a fun atmosphere.
  • Contribute creative ideas and assist with logistics (materials, setup, timing, transitions).
  • Collaborate with the Entertainment team and monitors to ensure effective communication and coordination, promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Help manage minor issues and maintain safety and cleanliness in all entertainment areas.

Your Profile

  • Minimum age of 18, with EU citizenship or Swiss residency.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in camps, youth work, entertainment leadership, or activity facilitation is an asset.
  • Energetic, creative, and enthusiastic about working with children and teenagers.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Well-organized, reliable, and able to manage time efficiently while remaining positive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable leading groups, taking initiative, and contributing innovative ideas.
  • Experience in multicultural environments is appreciated.
