Your Missions
You will be responsible for preparing and implementing a comprehensive educational teaching plan that aligns with the camp's requirements. Your passion for languages, coupled with your ability to foster relationships built on trust and respect, will be essential. You will know how to organize a classroom effectively and make learning an engaging and meaningful experience. The goal is to cultivate students' interests in education.

Your Responsibilities
- Secure and maintain effective teaching by delivering high-quality lessons comprehensively and utilizing tools that facilitate learning.
- Evaluate the quality of teaching and the standards of student achievements, and set targets for improvement.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all students to fully engage and motivate them.
- Participate in school meetings to collaborate as a team and enhance the quality of lessons.
- Work alongside the Head of Academics and other educators to develop teaching and learning resources.
Your Profile
- A degree in teaching English or French as a foreign language, or an Honors degree in a relevant specialized subject with practical teaching experience.
- Previous experience in summer camps is considered an asset.
- A minimum of B2 proficiency in French (for English teachers) or in English (for French teachers).
- Experience teaching children aged 8 to 17 years.
- Strong moral values and a sense of discipline.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Motivated, energetic, and creative.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Well-organized and committed to educational excellence.
