Your Mission

Are you ready to make a difference this summer? As the Deputy Head of Entertainment, you will collaborate with the Head of Entertainment to craft engaging activities for our campers. In this exciting role, you will ensure that daily schedules run seamlessly, lead activities when needed, and inspire a passionate entertainment team. Your leadership will cultivate a positive atmosphere, enriching the camp experience for everyone. If you are eager to spark joy and creativity, we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Entertainment in developing and overseeing camp activities.
• Ensure effective coordination and execution of all entertainment programs.
• Motivate and support the entertainment team to enhance creativity and performance.
• Lead activities and manage the team in the Head's absence.
• Serve as the primary communication link between the entertainment team and monitors.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during activities, ensuring a positive environment for campers.

Your Profile

• Minimum age of 22, with EU citizenship or Swiss residency.
• Prior experience as a camp staff member or in entertainment and program coordination.
• Ability to supervise staff and experience in people management.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills as a plus.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under stress.
• Creative, flexible, and a strong team player with a high workload capacity.
• Experience working in multicultural environments.
