Your Mission

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact this summer? As the Deputy Head of Entertainment, you will collaborate with the Head of Entertainment to craft engaging activities for our campers aged 8 to 17. In this dynamic role, you will ensure that daily schedules operate smoothly, lead activities as needed, and inspire a dedicated entertainment team. Your leadership will cultivate a positive environment, enriching the camp experience for everyone involved. If you’re eager to inspire joy and creativity, we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head of Entertainment in developing and overseeing camp activities.
  • Ensure effective coordination and execution of all entertainment programs.
  • Motivate and support the entertainment team to enhance creativity and performance.
  • Lead activities and manage the team in the Head’s absence.
  • Serve as the primary communication link between the entertainment team and monitors.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise during activities, ensuring a positive environment for campers.

Your Profile

  • Minimum age of 22, with EU citizenship or Swiss residency.
  • Prior experience as a camp staff member or in entertainment and program coordination.
  • Ability to supervise staff and experience in people management.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Fluent in English, with additional language skills as a plus.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under stress.
  • Creative, flexible, and a strong team player with a high workload capacity.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments.
