  • Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals for campers and staff (approximately 70 persons daily).
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene at all times.
  • Accommodate allergies and special dietary restrictions.

Duties & Requirements

  • Completed apprenticeship in a kitchen.
  • Experience in dish preparation and packed lunch service.
  • Good command of English (oral).
  • Flexible and motivated work ethic.
  • Familiar with HACCP hygiene controls.
