SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager - Contract Role
RED is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors to support a large enterprise HR transformation program. This role is not focused on hands-on configuration but rather on managing the project, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery across the SuccessFactors recruitment and employee lifecycle.
This is an initial 8-month contract with a high likelihood of extension. The position is primarily remote but will require occasional travel to both Belgium and Luxembourg.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate SAP SuccessFactors-related project activities
- Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Coordinate between HR/business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams
- Support projects related to Recruiting/Recruitment Lifecycle, potentially including RCM and Onboarding
- Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Support testing, rollout, and implementation activities
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and project delivery
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Work effectively within complex, international organizations
- Fluent in both French and English
- Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel
