How You’ll Make an Impact
- Act as the go-to expert for Current & Voltage Transformers and Surge Arresters, offering comprehensive knowledge and innovative solutions throughout the value chain.
- Work collaboratively with suppliers to ensure that materials and components meet the required quality standards, conducting supplier audits and assessments as necessary.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback related to product quality, using this information to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proactively identify potential risks to product quality and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Partner with various departments, such as engineering, production, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to quality management and effectively communicate with all stakeholders on quality-related developments.
- Oversee NCR reports, cluster quality notifications, and conduct thorough root cause analyses (RCAs) to identify the underlying causes of quality issues.
- Define and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues promptly, leading JDI initiatives to provide quick, actionable solutions for urgent quality concerns.
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing sustainable solutions for quality challenges, ensuring long-term success.
Your Background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with current & voltage transformers is desirable.
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar position.
- Fluent English skills; proficiency in German or other languages is beneficial.
- Experience in quality management and/or project management will be considered a plus.
- Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
