How You’ll Make an Impact
- Serve as the go-to expert for Current & Voltage Transformers and Surge Arresters, bringing comprehensive knowledge and innovative solutions throughout the value chain.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that materials and components meet required quality standards, conducting audits and assessments as necessary.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback related to product quality to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proactively identify potential risks to product quality and develop effective strategies to mitigate them.
- Partner with various departments, including engineering, production, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to quality management. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to keep them informed of quality-related developments.
- Oversee NCR reports, cluster quality notifications, and conduct thorough root cause analyses (RCAs) to identify and address quality issues.
- Define and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues promptly, leading Just Do It (JDI) initiatives to provide quick, actionable solutions for urgent quality concerns.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions for quality cases to ensure long-term success.
Your Background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with current & voltage transformers is desirable.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar position.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German or any other language is beneficial.
- Experience in quality management and/or project management will be considered an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
