How You’ll Make an Impact
- Serve as the go-to expert for Current & Voltage Transformers and Surge Arresters, providing comprehensive knowledge and innovative solutions throughout the value chain.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that materials and components meet the required quality standards, conducting audits and assessments as necessary.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback related to product quality, utilizing insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proactively identify potential risks to product quality and develop effective strategies to mitigate them.
- Engage with various departments, including engineering, production, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to quality management while effectively communicating quality-related developments to all stakeholders.
- Oversee Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), quality notifications, and conduct thorough Root Cause Analyses (RCA) to identify the underlying causes of quality issues.
- Define and implement corrective actions to promptly resolve quality issues, leading rapid improvement initiatives to address urgent concerns.
- Guide cross-functional teams in implementing sustainable solutions for quality challenges, ensuring long-term success.
Your Background
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering.
- Experience with current & voltage transformers is desirable.
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Fluent English skills; proficiency in German or other languages is a plus.
- Experience in quality management and/or project management is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
