Tasks

The WTI team is seeking a dedicated student fellow to assist with administrative and communication support for our various programmes, courses, seminars, and events. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Uploading reading materials to student platforms
  • Compiling surveys and analyzing results from weekly courses
  • Providing support for the WTI Library
  • Updating the CRM database
  • Assisting with website and social media management
  • Contributing to event management efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master-level student in fields related to WTI (Law, Economics, International Relations)
  • Fluent in English (knowledge of German is a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Flexible and willing to undertake tasks beyond the job description
  • Experience in an academic and international environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
  • Applicants must be enrolled at a university in Switzerland and possess a valid work permit (for non-Swiss citizens)
