UniBE is multifaceted, offering a broad range of topics and a great deal of creative freedom. We are currently seeking a motivated student fellow to assist the World Trade Institute (WTI) team with various administrative and communication support tasks for our programs, courses, seminars, and events.

Start Date

July 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Uploading reading materials to student platforms
  • Compiling and analyzing surveys related to WTI's weekly courses
  • Providing support for the WTI Library
  • Updating the CRM database
  • Assisting with website and social media management
  • Supporting event management activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master-level student in areas related to WTI (Law, Economics, International Relations)
  • Fluent in English; good knowledge of German is preferable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Flexible and open to undertaking tasks not specified in the job description
  • Experience working in an academic and international environment
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in teams
  • Students must be enrolled at a university in Switzerland and hold a valid work permit (for non-Swiss citizens)
