Tasks

The WTI team is looking for a student fellow to assist with administrative and communication support for its programmes, courses, seminars, and events. Responsibilities include:

  • Uploading reading material to student platforms
  • Compiling surveys and analyzing results from WTI's weekly courses
  • Providing support for the WTI Library
  • Updating the CRM database
  • Assisting with website and social media management
  • Supporting event management

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master-level student in topics related to WTI (Law, Economics, International Relations)
  • Fluent in English; good knowledge of German is preferable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Flexible and willing to take on tasks beyond the job description
  • Experience in an academic and international environment
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Students must be matriculated at a University in Switzerland and possess a valid working permit (for non-Swiss citizens)
