Tasks
The WTI team is looking for a student fellow to assist with administrative and communication support for its programmes, courses, seminars, and events. Responsibilities include:
- Uploading reading material to student platforms
- Compiling surveys and analyzing results from WTI's weekly courses
- Providing support for the WTI Library
- Updating the CRM database
- Assisting with website and social media management
- Supporting event management
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master-level student in topics related to WTI (Law, Economics, International Relations)
- Fluent in English; good knowledge of German is preferable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Flexible and willing to take on tasks beyond the job description
- Experience in an academic and international environment
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Students must be matriculated at a University in Switzerland and possess a valid working permit (for non-Swiss citizens)
